Terms & Refund Policy

These Terms govern your use of codeblk.app and your purchase and use of CODEBLK tickets and merchandise. By using the site or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older.

Accounts

Accounts are free and optional, and may be pseudonymous. You are responsible for the email address on your account and for keeping access to it, since we use passwordless magic-link sign-in. You can buy a ticket as a guest with just an email, without an account.

Tickets and passes

  • Tickets are sold through this site and issued as unique digital passes with a QR code.
  • Each pass admits one person, and a pass may be scanned once at entry.
  • Event locations are private and revealed to ticket holders on the day of the event.
  • Entry is subject to venue rules and capacity, and we may refuse entry for conduct reasons.

Refunds, transfers, and cancellations

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Transfers are allowed. You may transfer your pass to another person. The pass link is what admits the holder, so only share it with someone you intend to give it to.
  • If CODEBLK cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a refund or a credit toward a future session.
  • Date, lineup, and venue may change. A change of lineup or venue is not grounds for a refund.

Conduct and entry

By attending, you agree to follow venue and staff instructions. We may remove anyone for unsafe, harassing, or illegal behavior without a refund. Events involve loud music, lighting effects, and crowds, and you attend at your own risk.

Merchandise

Merchandise is sold through the site. Physical items may be returned only if defective or damaged on arrival; contact us within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order or final-sale items are noted at purchase.

Intellectual property

The CODEBLK name, artwork, recordings, and site content belong to CODEBLK or its contributors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CODEBLK is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the site, attendance at events, or purchases. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
